For the purpose of this notice, "Armistead Property", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Armistead Property Limited, subsidiary group companies/SPVs, and Peter Armistead as a sole trader.

This privacy policy will explain how we use the personal data we collect from you when we engage with you as an Investor.

What data do we collect?

We collect the following data:

  • Identity, contact and financial information about you as an investor

  • Identity, contact and financial information about directors, partners, members and shareholders of business entities that you are part of.

Whilst it is necessary for us to collect bank account information to process payments from us to you, we will never ask you for card payment information.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Voluntarily complete a Investor Details Form

  • Communicate details with us verbally in response to questions

  • Send information via e-mail in response to specific requests

  • Complete online forms via Signable

  • Send us information via post

We may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

How will we use your data?

We collect your data so that we can:

  • Assess whether you are eligible to invest with us

  • Identify and prevent money laundering or accepting the proceeds of terrorism

  • Create personalised loan/investment agreements and carry out payments to you 

  • Continue to communicate with you during the course of an active investment

  • Communicate news and offers that we think you will find relevant

We do not, as a matter of course, share information with any third parties - we will never share the data you provide via unless prior written consent is given. 

How do we store your data?

We store your information on secure (password protected & encrypted) personal computers and GDPR compliant (EU-US Privacy Shield and ISO 27018) cloud-based services only. 

How long we hold your personal data for will vary. The retention period will vary, depending on:

  • how long is necessary for the purpose that it was given for; and

  • the minimum period for which we have to keep your personal data to satisfy legislative requirements

Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think might be of interest.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Armistead Property from contacting you for marketing purposes.
