Institutional Debt

Most of our development projects are funded with traditional senior debt from finance institutions. Whilst we do already have strong ties, we are always open to discussing opportunities to do great business with the best institutional lenders in a changing marketplace.

Private Lenders

We work with a handful of private individuals looking for fixed returns on their investment funds, offering very attractive annual interest rates – generally above 10%. As well as individuals and companies, we regularly work with SSAS pension funds, and we always create truly bespoke agreements to suit your individual needs.

Joint Venture Partners

For specific projects, we work on a joint venture basis with carefully selected funding partners on a profit-share basis. These tend to be bigger developments with more uncertainty, but bigger potential rewards – for experienced private investors only.

Private Landlords

We often find that property investors purchase our wonderful finished apartments as buy-to-let properties – with gross yields comfortably above 5% and great potential for capital appreciation. We offer our own in-house lettings service at an excellent rate to any prospective landlord buyers.
